Coco Blanca will be happy to ship your order anywhere in the USA. Orders will be shipped within 2 to 3 business days, depending upon product availability. Orders placed on weekends will be processed the following business day. Coco Blanca is not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by UPS and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. All orders are shipped via UPS. All shipping costs are determined by the weight and size of the item(s) purchased, the selected urgency of shipping, and the destination address. UPS does not ship to PO boxes. Please include an alternate address for shipment in such cases.
Customers will receive notification via email from UPS when domestic shipping labels are prepared and printed. If you do not receive this email within 24 days after placing your order, make sure to check your junk/spam mail folder or contact us. Your tracking number from UPS will be included in the email.
Once an order is given to UPS, the package then becomes the responsibility of UPS, and Coco Blanca is no longer liable. Please note that all orders shipped via UPS automatically include up to $100 insurance. Order Cancellation or Incorrect Address

Coco Blanca takes great pride in her select merchandise, but she does understand that there may be a reason that you need to make a return. Items returned are reimbursed as they were paid. For example, credits are made to the same credit card that the initial order was processed under.
Any item on our website can be returned for a full credit as long as we receive the returned item(s) at Coco Blanca no later than 15 days from the day you placed your order. Shipping charges are not refundable and will be deducted from your credit. For a full merchandise credit, please follow this procedure. All merchandise must be in its original packaging with merchandise tags still in place and shipped in a way to ensure safe transportation. Include a copy of your invoice (invoice was in the box with your item) and send to: Coco Blanca, 10241 Old Georgetown Road, Bethesda, MD 20814.
We will inspect the return and issue a credit on the same card that you used to make the original purchase. Be sure that you ship the item back so we receive it within the 30 day window. We will not refund any merchandise received more than 30 days from date of purchase.
Because merchandise purchased specifically for holidays is time sensitive, we can take returns only if they are received back in original condition no later than ten days from your date of purchase. We cannot accept returns of holiday specific merchandise after the associated holiday has passed. Please see procedure above for details on where to send.
All sale items are final and nonreturnable.
Please check your package as soon as it arrives and let us know immediately if something has arrived damaged. Damage/defect claims must be made within 2 days of receipt of goods. No claims can be made after 48 hours. If an item is purchased as a gift, please indicate that a gift receipt is needed in the “comments” box at checkout. We will include a separate gift receipt in your package for you to give to the recipient. If you are shipping directly to the recipient, please let us know and we will include the gift receipt in the package. Items purchased as gifts have the same return policy as above.
Coco Blanca is based out of Maryland and we collect Maryland sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in Maryland. Residents in other states are responsible for complying with local or state tax requirements or laws.
