The idea of “street style,” or the act of capturing fashionable women going about their day in gorgeous clothes, is nothing new to the fashion industry. Fashion photographers have been trying to capture the corner of a silk scarf, the flash of a diamond hoop, and the swish of a velvet cape since photography was invented.
